Role of Evadya
Evadya is a directory: the website lists advertisements published by independent practitioners and salons. Evadya is neither the employer nor the agent of the advertisers, does not intervene in the booking of appointments and is not a party to the relationship between visitors and advertisers. The information contained in the advertisements (services, prices, availability, photos) is the sole responsibility of the advertisers.
Obligations of advertisers
Holders of a business account undertake to publish accurate and lawful information, to hold the rights to the photographs posted online, to be of legal age and to carry out their business independently and lawfully. Evadya reserves the right to refuse, amend or remove any non-compliant content, and to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach.
Obligations of visitors
Visitors undertake to use the website in a fair manner: in particular, it is prohibited to disrupt its operation, to extract its content on a large scale (scraping), to reuse published contact details for marketing purposes, or to publish offensive or unlawful comments via the contact forms.
Liability
Evadya endeavours to ensure the availability of the website and the accuracy of its editorial content, though it cannot guarantee this absolutely. Evadya cannot be held liable for the services provided by advertisers, nor for any damage resulting from the use of the website or the inability to access it.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, without prejudice to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
