Data processed and purposes
Website visitors: no data is collected for advertising or profiling purposes. The website uses only technical cookies (see below) and server logs (IP address, pages viewed), which are retained for security purposes — legal basis: legitimate interest.
Advertisers and salons: data from business accounts (identity, contact details, photos, prices, availability, advert content) is processed for the provision of the directory service — legal basis: performance of a contract.
Business development: publicly available business contact details may be processed to offer our services to practitioners and salons — legal basis: legitimate interest. Each marketing message includes the option to opt out of further contact, and this opt-out is respected.
Contact: messages sent to contact@evadya.com are processed to respond to the enquiry — legal basis: legitimate interest or pre-contractual measures.
Cookies
The website only sets strictly necessary cookies, which are exempt from consent: the session cookie (2 hours, login and security), the anti-CSRF token (2 hours, form security) and the cookie recording access to the 18+ portal (24 hours). No advertising, statistical or tracking cookies are used.
Retention periods
Business accounts are retained for the duration of the relationship, then deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after the account is closed. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months. Correspondence is retained for the duration of the request’s processing, then for a maximum of 24 months.
Recipients
Data is neither sold nor rented out. It is accessible only to PPJ Holding and its technical service providers strictly necessary for the provision of the service: hosting (OVH, European Union) and machine translation of editorial content (DeepL, Germany). No data is transferred outside the European Union.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and data portability regarding your data.
